Basic browser-based stabilization

This tool runs ffmpeg's single-pass deshake filter, which detects and counters small frame-to-frame camera movement. It works best on light handheld shake — it can't fix strong shake or rolling-shutter wobble. Edges exposed by the correction are mirror-filled instead of cropped, audio is preserved, and everything stays on your device.
